David, I will always cherish memories of your compassion, warm smile, love, gentle touch, humor and wit in my heart forever. You were the love of my life sweetheart. Until we meet again my dear I'll be loving you always, Sherry

David and my sister, Sherry, were blessed to be able to find each other twice in a lifetime. God's blessings here on earth come from the family we are born into, and the family we are given through people we meet as we go through life. David, we will all miss you and our tears now are many. But we know you are home, happier than we can ever imagine with our limitations here. Wrapped in God's love forever. If you love somebody enough, you can still hear the laughter after they're gone. I still see the smile, and hear the laughter. Love, Kathie

Please accept my deepest sympathy. I went to school with David in Gallup, New Mexico. We had not spoken since high school but had recently reconnected via email. He had such a gentle soul and spirit. Take care, Betty Jo as he knew me

Dave, I miss you every day, I thing of you often and feel as you have never left. In actually, you where not my Father-in-Law, you treated me like I was always your son and I was proud to call you Dad. We had so many good times together and I feel that there is a hole in my heart that will not be replaced until we meet again. We had so much in common that I can't even walk past a package of Hebrew Nationals in the supermarket and not think of you. I'm so sorry that we never did get to have that one last BBQ cookout, I know that you would have enjoyed it. Our love for food linked us together and the promiss that I made to you is still being kept....... She will be just fine. Things are not the same without out and we are getting on, you will always be loved and missed and until the day we all meet again, I'll keep that plates warm and the deserts cold. Rest now, your earned it. Oh yea, on a side note "those pants do make your butt look big" inside joke I'll love and miss you always, Your "Son", Scott

Hey dad, its been 2 yrs and six months since you left us for a much better place. It feels like forever and just yesterday. I feel like your just on vacation and that you will be back any minute. You were a big part of my life since "Rippon Landing" days and I wish we had actually been able to spend more quality time together. However the time we did share will stay with me forever and I cherish it more than you know although I think you do know now. You showed me different cultures and traditions, I still talk about your chicken enchiladas to this day! Germany was an awesome experience that I was privileged enough to be a part of. In all ways you treated me like your daughter and I will never forget that...you I consider my father and my dad not just because you married my mother, but because you showed genuine fatherly love beyond anything I ever expected. I love and miss you so much. I wish I could have made the last couple of years easier for you as I know you were in distress and still had so much you wanted to do. Scott and I feel you every now and then and I know your happy and at peace. I know you are surrounded by love ..your mother, father and my grandparents whom you know I miss dearly. Scott misses you and talks about you often as do the kids...you were a great grandfather to them an I know that you enjoyed them immensely. I will end here for know since I feel like I could go on forever. I miss your smile, laugh, love, knowledge and just your presence. We will meet again and until then, you know my heart and mind as well as the conversations I have in my head with you....you are a wonderful soul. Again, I miss you. Love Always your daughter Dar
