Deborah Ann Hyre, 67, passed away on November 26, 2024, at her home in Virginia Beach. Born May 7, 1957, in Oroville, CA, to David and Patsy (nee Pack) Hyre.  Debbie grew up in Northern and Southern California, New Mexico, and Northern Virginia, graduating from Oakton High School in 1975.  An extremely creative and talented artist, graphic and web designer, seamstress, and serial entrepreneur, she was successful at combining digital and physical artforms as a business.  Her passion was designing ad content for her personal and professional customers and running her multiple businesses.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially enjoyed cooking using Pack family recipes that had been handed down over many generations.

Debbie is survived by her children, David (Brad) Webb of Los Angeles, CA, and Jonathan Webb (Rebecca) of Aldie, VA, and grandchildren, Isabella and Emery Webb also of Aldie, VA, and sisters Rebecca Marcum of Venice, FL, and Pollyanna Hyre of Tampa, FL.

A private family gathering will be held, date to be determined.
