June 30, 1952 - May 21, 2021

Norfolk ~ Donna Allen Fogle, 68, died May 21, 2021 at her home with her husband, Kevin, by her side. She was born at Portsmouth Naval Hospital to the late Carl and Margaret Hoffman Allen. She was a cheerleader and graduated from Maury High School.

She loved the beach and their yearly week at Carova Beach, NC with their lab and friends, Frank and Austin White. She enjoyed making gifts for friends and family—crocheting and various crafts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Margaret Allen, and her son, Shawn Carden.

Donna is survived by her husband of 29 years, J. Kevin Fogle; their Lab, Lacy; her 25-year-old turtle, Tommy; brother, James (Karen) Allen; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

The family will always be grateful to the many hours of loving care given to Donna by her husband, Kevin, sister-in-law, Karen Allen, and the Westminster-Canterbury Hospice Team.

The Cremation Society of Virginia is in charge of arrangements.

I fondly remember Donna from school, especially, Willard Junior. She was a year ahead of me and when I made the cheerleading squad, she passed on her uniform to me. Rest in peace, Donna.
