Donna Marie Gray was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of sixty-nine after a valiant two-year fight with cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

Donna was born to Roscoe and June Roach on July 22, 1954. She enjoyed a loving childhood with her two sisters; Barbara and Margaret along with her two younger brothers; Roscoe and Tony. At the age of eighteen, she met the love of her life, Angelo, and they chased their dreams together while raising two children, Heather and Brian.

A house full of family and friends, sprinkled with sand and sunshine were always her happy place. A perfect day might include the tunes of her favorite musicians only to be drowned out by the ocean waves and the commotion of a family gathering. She passed that love of life along to her children, her son-in-law Steve, and her grandchildren; Clare, Logan, Lucas, and Delainey.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm on September 29 , 2023, at St Paul Lutheran Church at 8100 Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville VA 23111, followed by a Celebration of Life at 4pm at the Patriots Landing Residents Club, at 7335 Patriots Landing Place, Quinton, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St Jude Children Research Hospital.
