Dottie was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Frank and Florence Smith. She met the love of her life, Frank Cirino, when she was 18 and they were together for almost 79 years. Dottie is survived by her daughter, Pattie and son-in-law Jack of Virginia Beach, Jack’s sons John and Scott of Louisville, KY and Scott’s daughter Elizabeth of Noblesville, IN; and nieces and nephews throughout the country.
