Virginia Beach, VA- Dorothy “Dottie” Moore Ross, 83, of VA Beach passed away peacefully at home Dec 25, 2018. Dottie was born in Elizabeth City, NC and graduated from Elizabeth City High School. Dottie was a supervisor for PSD Oceana, where she retired with 38 years of service. She was married to the late Thomas Ross. She is survived by her son Glen Ross (Diane) of Currituck, NC; daughter Cheryl Koenig of Hertford, NC; grandchildren, Kelli Griggs (Dan) of Point Harbor, Justine Webb (Ricky) of Coinjock, NC, Nickolas Koenig (Samantha) of Norfolk, VA, Brandon Koenig of Norfolk, VA; and great grandchildren, Nathan, Tyler and Madison Koenig, and Gavin Griggs.
A private service will be held later at Bevill Cemetery in Paris, TN.
