Susie (Briggs) Deans left a message on March 23, 2024:
Sending prayers to Edna's family and friends. She touched so many people during her life and she will certainly be missed. In my youth, she was like a 2nd mom to me and I will always remember how she treated me like her own. I can still hear her laugh when someone, especially Jimmy, would say or do something kind of outrageous. She didn't want to laugh but she did nevertheless. I will hold all those wonderful memories of my time with her close to my heart. Rest in peace!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Edna will be missed forever but also loved and remembered forever! One of the purest and truest people on God’s Earth! She became the face and character of the Norfolk Farm Market, beloved by employees and customers alike- they all became family… that was true with her church, the Masons, cleaning clients— just everything she poured her heart into… but nothing was ever more important than people! Love you forever Edna, Mick Shaw
