Edna Louise McVey, 91, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2021. Edna was born to Raymond Wilson and Carrie Forrest, and was raised in Poquoson Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Margaret, Raymond, Edwin, Dorothy, Theresa, Leonard, Clarence, David Lee and James; her husband, Robert E McVey; and a son, Jesse McVey.

Edna was an active member at her church; Grafton Baptist Church. She was a Sunday school teacher and also enjoyed working in the kitchen at Grafton Baptist as well as at home. She dedicated her heart and life to our Lord and Savior, allowing him to work through her while she was with us on this earth.

She is survived by her sons, Clifford McVey and Richard Mcvey; one sibling, Frank Wilson; three grandchildren, Robert McVey, Cher Whetstone and Jennifer Boswell; and five great grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, Sydney, Jordyn and Luke.
