Edward Dunston Romm, age 72, known as Bubby to friends and family, died on October 17, 2017.  He was the son of Catharine E. and Edward D. Romm.  Edward attended Granby High School ’62, Virginia Military Institute and Georgia Tech.  He served in the United States Army and made his career at Hampton Roads Sanitation District where he retired as Director of Engineering. 

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Trout Romm; sisters, Jean Atkinson and Nancy Curtis Howard; an aunt, Jean R. Korner; several nieces and a nephew as well as many special cousins and friends whom he held dear.
