To All of Elizabeth's Family - Extending our heartfelt love and open arms to each of you on the passing of 'Dear Tink'. Elizabeth was always sharing a smile to all who were around her. She was the perfect one to be a C & M Cafeteria Hostess. Great to eat with our Cousin too! Ernie and Tink were always fun to be with and being great family. 'Tink' will be fondly remembered always such a sweet Lady. Shall cherish the times we were with Elizabeth! "For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows." 2 Corinthians 1:5 Sending Peace in Christ with Prayers,
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I will never forget looking forward to a birthday card and christmas card every year from mema. Then we would call her to say thank you and she always made me feel like i was her only granddaughter. I know she made all of us feel that way. She just had a way of making you feel so special and loved. Even from 1100 miles away. Please tell my daddy hi. You are always loved, remembered and missed.
Anne Currin left a message on January 27, 2013:
I will always remember the Sunday afternoons spent at Mary Johnson's house, with Tink. sharing stories about the Flemings and Normans. Tink and I even went on a couple of bus trips to Richmond to help add to the family tree. Such fun times! Now, Tink is in Heaven and has met all those elusive ancestors! Prayers and warm thoughts to Tink's family.

I just happened to notice Elizabeth's obituary while looking for a coworker's father's obituary. I knew Elizabeth years ago and actually wrote an article on various employees, at the time, for a Sentara Newsletter or paper think it was called Network. She was one of the employees that I interviewed and wrote about and I really liked and respected her a great deal. Sorry to learn of her passing - she was a wonderful person and such a dedicated and hard working individual. Jan Purcell, Sentara Healthcare's Audit Services
