January 9, 1934 - September 16, 2020

Mr. Fay F. Ellis has died. The golden voice has went silent but is still singing somewhere. In his lifetime, Fay preformed in several operas. He was the paid soloist in Presbyterian churches and sung in many musicals. He worked in Newport News Shipbuilding as the Best Designer. He graduated from Newport News High School and was the youngest of 11 children. Fay is survived by his children, Tommy, Steve, David and Debbie; and many relatives.

Per Fay’s wishes, there will not be any funeral services. He will be cremated and his ashes will be mixed with those of his Yorkie, Goo Baby.

I will miss my Wonderful Uncle Fay. He was a very special uncle. He took me on boat rides when I was young. He let me drive the boat. I didn't know what to do but he assured I could do it. We had many conversation's and things to laughs about. I Loved him very much. I hope all the children know he was a great person.

Sorry to about your father. He was a good car freind an enjoyed wed. Night dinners at my church with him.
