Flamin “Norman” R. Carolino, Jr., resident of Williamsburg, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, in Norfolk, Virginia, due to cardiac arrest caused by dehydration, age 57.
Norman was born on October 19, 1965, in Tarlac Philippines, to Flamin C. and Corazon R. Carolino. Norman was admitted to the Virginia Bar (1995), a graduate of Ohio Northern University (JD), Longwood College (BS), and Bayside High School.
Norman was not just a man who loved life but who life loved back. Anyone who met him was affected by his big laugh, and generosity. His enthusiasm for life was contagious! He built a thriving tactical business. Norman loved to help people, often using his skills as an attorney to support and guide his family and friends. He had a passion for cooking, fishing, and boating. He also enjoyed cars, surfing, skiing, and our beloved dogs. He appreciated the beauty in everything. He was a true connoisseur of life. He will be greatly missed.
Norman is predeceased by his father, Flamin C. Carolino, Sr.
Norman is survived by: his wife, Jill Carolino; his mother, Corazon Carolino; his brother, Patrick Carolino and wife Mary; sister, Joanne Carolino; nephew Austin Carolino; niece, Eleanor Carolino; aunt, Catalina Corpuz and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
There was a small service for immediate family members. A celebration of life will be held in the future.
