Windsor, VA  –  Foster L. “Lee” Freeman, II, 64, of Windsor, VA,

died Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at his home.

Born June 4, 1960 in Newport News, VA, he was the son of Foster “Sonny” L. Freeman, I and Deeanna Stevens Freeman. He was a crane operator with the union, Operators Engineers Local 147, where he frequently traveled and worked on many local bridges.  Lee was preceded in death by his father.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Deeanne; wife, Donna Dowell Freeman of Windsor; daughter, Brandy Nicole Freeman of Windsor; two sons, Foster “Trey” Freeman, III and Zachary Ryan Freeman both of Windsor; four grandchildren; two sisters, Sonya Feeman and Beth Bridges; brother, Scott Freeman; five nieces; and four nephews.
