Frances was a treasured friend. I provided transportation for her for shopping and other adventures like visiting our 97-year old friend. Ironically, that friend passed away March 27. We had many forbidden lunches (fried catfish and chips) at the Honey Butter location in Williamsburg when she lived near me. Frances and LaRue can continue the friendship that began here. She was very much loved and a delightful person to know.

I'm very fortunate to have known Frances. I enjoyed interesting conversations with her over coffee as she would share with me her fascinating life history as a child growing up and life overseas. She's very proud of her daughter a teacher, her son-in-law and her two very talented granddaughters. Her home was filled with family pictures and mementos of their accomplishments. Heaven has welcomed a precious soul.
