Gail was forever a beautiful, kind and noble person as well as a devoted mother. As an interior designer, faux painter and owner of G. Bates Ltd. of Williamsburg, Gail was known for her exceptional aesthetic sensibilities, talents that enabled her to visually transform any space or thing into a balanced and evocative work of art. A private memorial service will be held.
