I was lucky enough to have worked with Jill at Echoes of Time for 8 years. She was a great boss and had a wonderful sense of humor. She will be sorely missed, my condolences to the family.

Jill and I were in a small group of friends in the 1967-68s in Ghent, Norfolk, Virginia. Lacy Norsworthy had been the roommate of my husband, Roland (Nick). We spent time, too, at her house at the Beach. She did all the cooking. Once, when I was a Freshman in college I was contracted to paint her name on the car door of her -to- be husband, Collins. I wondered how they could ever sell the car with the two names on the door. It was a short lived fad. At the end of 1968, that historical year, we moved to Charleston, South Carolina, and so I did not see her anymore except from a distance. Those days in Ghent and the Beach seem like a fantasy in today's world. She was almost the only person left known to me. Good-by, Jill, I hope you see your horse up there.--Myreen Moore Nicholson (Rennie)
