Gary graduated from Union Endicott High School in 1971 and later from Alfred State College. He was employed by IBM for several years and later had his own business. Gary was an avid collector and loved to work on cars. He had very fond memories of his racing days.
He was predeceased by his wife of 36 years, Sandra Pecka. Gary is survived by his brothers, Michael and Gregory Pecka; children, Neil (Kristie) Pecka and Dahlia (Benjamin) Washington; grandchildren, Brooke, Ciana, Anthony and Evan; several nieces and nephews.
He will be sincerely missed by all.
