Most of us spend our lives trying to do the right thing. Sometimes it requires a great deal of effort and sometimes, unfortunately, we fail. But that wasn't true of Geo. It wasn't something that he had to struggle with. It just came naturally to him because it was part of who he was. He gave more than he took from the world and his patience, wisdom and sense of humor will never be forgotten by the people that he loved and who loved him. Thank you for sharing your life with us, Geo. I loved and respected you more than I ever told you and I hope that you know that now.

Geo was truly one of a kind—a gentle soul with an unbounded heart. He had an extraordinary gift for making everyone feel seen, heard, and special, no matter the chaos or crisis around him. A pure gentleman in every sense, Geo embodied kindness, grace, and a steady warmth that is so rare. They don’t make Geos anymore, and I am profoundly grateful for the time I had with him. My deepest sympathies to Vicki and the family who loved him so very much. He will be deeply missed but always remembered with love and admiration.

We were remiss in not mentioning in his obituary George's faith and his belief in Jesus as his Redeemer and in the life after death that God has promised his people. It was only because those who really knew my husband would already know. Vicki

Geo was the best dad! He was loving, kind, funny, and never judged. He gave his love freely and unconditionally. He was a safe harbor and made us all feel special. No matter the hour or the weather, he showed up for me in all the seasons of my life. He taught me so much about dignity and decency. He made the best chocolate chip cookies and. banana splits. I will miss the only other member of our “Two-man Fan Club” and his heart-to- heart hugs. He was simply the best human. I love you, Geo!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
