Gerhardt Perry Bivins Passed away suddenly on July 19, 2016. Perry served in the U.S. Navy 20 years and retired as Petty Officer. He will be buried with full Military honors at Albert G. Perry served in the U.S. Navy 20 years and retired as Petty Officer. He will be buried with full Military honors at Albert G. Horton Jr., Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Va.
He left behind a wife, Yvonne Veve-Bivins, understandably shocked by his sudden loss. To ensure that the costs associated with his passing do not create a hardship, any contribution from his family is greatly appreciated and will be applied with receipt toward any unpaid expenses.
