Heather is preceded in death by her father Frank Young and grandmother Carole Victorio. She is survived by her grandfather Joseph Victorio and aunt Heidi Young both of Norfolk; a brother Steven Young and his wife Rhoda of Virginia Beach; mother and step father Patti & Sal Lemole of Virginia Beach and a great aunt Lynnellen Burke of Chesapeake.
