Bruce and Jan were great neighbors in our West Neck community of Carrollton. We often walk around our neighborhood which affords us the opportunity to meet and greet our old and new neighbors and We soon discovered they had a love for flowers and dogs. Bruce always had a great smile that he offered to all who passed by their house. One individual mentioned in his obituary that was published in The Pilot that Bruce loved to cut his grass and keep a shipshape house and garden and we can attest to that. My wife, also named Jan quickly added the Brewsters to her cookie list. We were sad when Bruce told us of Jan’s passing in 2021. They will both be missed and wish the best for their families. Our deepest condolences to all!

Steph, I appreciate the updates you kept me informed of with both Bruce and Jan. Though I actually never met Bruce physically, we would have lengthy phone conver- sations, so I felt like I had known him for years. I know Jan is ready to welcome him home with open arms. Comfort and love to you all, Trina
