James was born November 30, 1942 to his late parents, Ambrose and Alma Manhattan, daughters Rebecca Hall and Kimberley Mason, sons in law Randy Hall and the late Bruce Mason. James was born November 30, 1942 to his late parents, Ambrose and Alma Manhattan, daughters Rebecca Hall and Kimberley Mason, sons in law Randy Hall and the late Bruce Mason. He had three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He leaves behind his beloved wife of almost sixty years, Jane. He also leaves behind a sister, Mary Jane White. He was preceded in death by his brother Ambrose Weir Manhattan. Jim retired from Bell Atlantic.
