Wishing you peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of sorrow. My heart goes out to you, Jaqueita and your family at this difficult time.
In memory of James "Jim" Edward Walker, Karen J Haskett lit a candle
Jaqueita, I was so saddened to hear of the loss of your dear Jim. In the short time that I knew him, it was evident that he was the love of your life, and you were the love of his life. Hs was so kind to always dance with me (and any other single ladies without dates) at the Riverside Christmas parties, and I will never forget his kindness in passing on tickets he received to the B-52's so I could go to their concert one summer to relieve a little pre-wedding stress by dancing in the aisles to "Love Shack". Jim was a truly kind man who will be greatly missed and mourned by many. I have thought of you both many times over the years and wondered if you were still in Hampton...my sincerest condolences and much love. Karen Haskett
I am so sorry to hear the loss of Jim. I worked at the NN Fire Dept and Trophy World for many years with him.
Jimmy was such a good guy with more great qualities than almost anyone I had the pleasure to know for over 50-years. Condolences to Jaqueita, love of his life. God rest his soul to infinity,
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
Jimmy and I were Best Friends, he guided me through life, he was my mentor and like a brother to me. So many great memories
Thank you Walk Walk, I will miss you my friend.
My prayers are with Jaqueita and the family.
Jimmy was such a nice and thoughtful classmate of the 1962 NNHS class. I’m proud to have been one of his friends.
I got to know Jimmy in the early 80's when I joined one of his other passions - "The Original Baseball Draft". He was wonderful friend and commissioner of the league where some of his highlights were being featured on the Hampton Roads Show and feature articles in the Virginia Pilot touting that he was the first to create such a draft. I will miss Jimmy. Thoughts and prayers to all of his family.
Jim was a very special man to us and will forever be in our hearts. He will truly be missed. With love…
Jaquita, May Jim’s loving memory remain with you always. Much love to you & the family.
Our thoughts and prayers to Jaqueita and Jim’s extended family during this time.
I am Steve Hutchens’ sister-in-law & I am very sorry for your loss. I know Steve will miss him so much but glad he has so many years of good memories to reflect on. Prayers going out to your family.
For the man who taught me how to catch crab! Those memories are some of my favorite and will forever be cherished. Love you, Jim!
Sending prayers and hugs during this difficult time.
Jim was so precious to our family. He will greatly missed
I always enjoyed going to visit Jim each year and going crabbing with him. It was a great time, the crabs were so yummy, and Jim was always a joy to spend time with.
Jim was the kindest must gentle man. He was the best brother in law I could have ever wished for. He will be in my heart always.
Please accept our deepest condolences for your family's loss.
