Jesse Ray Southall, 58, passed away Monday, January 9, 2017 at Norfolk Heart Hospital. Jesse was born in Norfolk Naval Hospital on March 8, 1958. He was an over the road truck driver for more than 30 years. Jesse was a drummer, enjoyed life and was a joy to be around. He will truly be missed.
Jesse is survived by step-mother Hazel and step-brother Robert Pledger, wife Traci Jones, daughters Merredith Tefft, Megan Southall-Bartz and Trinity Southall, son Brandon Shea and 9 grandchildren.
Jesse was predeceased by his father Clement E. Southall Sr, Mother Gladys Jean Parks, brother Clement E Southall Jr, and sister Gail Southall Hardesty and Gloria Jean Southall Currin.
There will be a celebration of life ceremony at Cava Church in Virginia Beach, 6560 Blackwater Rd. 23457 on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 3pm.
