My son and Yak were school mates and neighbors in the Phoebus neighborhood near Jane Bryan School. At that time we lived on Corey Circle and the boys developed a special friendship and my son became familiar with others; Peedy, Norman, Richard, and David. I remember well the Saturday morning get togethers of cartoon watching, all day playing and bike riding. Yak was always welcomed; he was a very well mannered and polite young boy. His smile was a winning compliment to his demeaner. We are so saddened to hear of Yaks passing but thankful that our paths crossed in life. My condolences to the Blackley family and especially Mrs. Robinson. With heartfelt sympathy...

Yak, you were just a baby when I left home, but I remember you fondly as the baby of the pack. Your life was cut so short, but I know you will reunite with your Mom and Dad and siblings and you all will have a great Family Reunion. It is a journey we all must take. RIP my dear cousin. Deepest condolence to the family.
