Joseph William Geiger passed away on March 3, 2025, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Joe was born on October 11, 1955, in Jacksonville, Florida to William and Dorothy (Jean) Geiger.

Joe worked for the Ford Motor Company for nearly 30 years before retiring from the Norfolk Assembly Plant. He was an avid reader and had a great affection for his pets, especially his two beagles, Sam and Buddy.

Joe is predeceased by his parents, and his wife, Lynn Geiger. He is survived by his siblings, Diane Meza of Scottsdale, Arizona, Deborah Mirco (Joseph) of Lenoir, North Carolina, David Geiger of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Lisa Geiger, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

There will be a time of visitation with the family on Sunday, March 16^th, from 1:00 – 3:00 PM in the fellowship hall at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 3900 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23452.

Joe worked in Body shop at Ford for 30 years. He worked hard and was a friend to all who knew him. And he had the respect of his coworkers. Condolences to his family, frends and all who knew and love him. Prayers for strength and comfort.
