Joyce Anne Kelly passed away on September 1^st, 2016 to be alongside her husband Skip Kelly, her five brothers, one sister and great grandchild Savannah. Joyce is survived by her sister Linda, children Larry (Nancy), Theresa (John), Michele, Walt, Linda and Lisa (Tyrone). Her Grandchildren Brian (Gen), Kevin (Deni), Matthew (Kerrie), Aaron (Nina), Zack, Megan (Kenny), Lizzy, Sammi, Hanna. Her Great grandchildren Brian, Jacob, Lexi, Eddie, Sara (Shane), Summer (Devin), Ariana, AJ, Carter, Brandon and her great-great grandchildren Addi with another on the way. For over 35 years Joyce has been a well-loved member at American Legion Post 327, dedicated her heart and soul as past president of the Women’s Auxiliary, becoming a lifetime member and helping to feed the vets. Joyce will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A memorial service will be held on October 1^st, 2016 3pm at American Legion Post 327 off Tidewater Drive.
