Juilo Cesar Lima, age 65, of Williamsburg, died peacefully at his home on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Julio was born on January 22, 1958, and was preceded in death by his parents Marta Elena Lima and Lazaro Maldonado N/P Julio Lechuga.  Julio worked for Owens Illinois where he retired in 2022. He was a die hard Redskins/Commanders fan, he enjoyed helping his friends and enjoyed watching Westerns with his dog Baby Girl.

Julio is survived by his spouse, Gail Lima; his daughters, Ana and Marta (Charles); his son, Julio Jr. (Tara); and his stepdaughter, Nisa (Duane). He is also survived by his brother, Carlos Lima Maldonado; his five sisters, Teresa Rosales, Ana Julia MeJia, Sonia Alvarenga, Ana Cecilia Lima and Ana Julia Lima Sandoval; and his five grandchildren Charles Jr., Harley, Kailey, Sylas, and Charles.

Julio will be missed by many as he did not know any strangers. In lieu of flowers or cards please donate to your local animal shelter and as of now no plans have been made for a celebration of life, if there is one all will be informed.
