Kandi Ann Evans, 56, passed away January 22, 2024 in Hampton. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Shackelford; brother, Robert Shackelford; sister, Christy Hunt; and daughter, Krystal Flippo. Kandi is survived by her mother, Kathleen Rowe; her son, William Flippo; her daughter in law, Linda Flippo; grandson, Alex Flippo; and many nieces and nephews.
