Karen Marie Boyd, born December 21, 1961, in California, passed away unexpectedly on December 6, 2024, while traveling overseas in Malta. She was 62 years old.

Karen was a devoted and caring individual who dedicated much of her life to the well-being of her family. Her unwavering support was especially evident during the years she spent tirelessly caring for her beloved husband, Dale Boyd, Jr., throughout his service with the US Navy.

Preceded in death by her father, Wayne Gower, Karen leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to those who survive her. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 39 years, Dale; her loving mother, Clara Gower; and her sister, Suzanne DiCarlo, along with Suzanne’s husband, John.
