Kay Moseley

Virginia Beach – Sheryl Kay Moseley, born on April 25, 1963, passed peacefully and suddenly in her sleep on June 1, 2015. Her Heavenly Father called her home to end her pain and suffering.

Kay was a very loving daughter and wonderful sister. She dedicated the last couple years of her life caring for her parents. Feeding and taking care of the homeless kitties was a passion that brought her much happiness and purpose. She was a very generous, kind, loving person. She would give the shirt off her back to help others.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Leo and Sandra Moseley; sister, Leigh Ann (Moseley) Childress; nephew, Cpl. Martin Davis Gleaton (USMC); and great-uncle, Melton Martin.

A memorial service will be at 3PM on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 5792 Greenwich Rd., Va Bch. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the SPCA. Cremation Society of Virginia is assisting in all arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed at vacremationsociety.com.
