Keith was preceded in death by his parents. He had a special relationship with his mom and her passing left a void in his heart for all theses years. He is survived by his sister, Lisa Tatum, brothers, Michael and Tim Simonis, and many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

No services will be held at this time. Keith will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

My condolences to the family of Keith. I worked with him at Bayside Hospital and remember Keith as a very caring person and always having concern for his patients and the staff. Sending thoughts and prayers to his family.

I have known Keith since 1987. We were in the Army together. So sorry we lost touch.
