Kelly Lee Barclift, 60, passed away on December 23, 2022. He was the son of the late Forest L. and Barbara W. Barclift. Kelly was a graduate of Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach and attended Virginia Wesleyan College. He honorably served in the United States Army, the Norfolk Sheriff’s Department and was the owner of K and D Property Services.

Kelly is survived by his sons, Duncan, Logan, Zachary and Samuel; sister, Kimberly Barclift; brother, Michael Barclift (Kim); sister, Elizabeth Martin (Tom); paternal aunt, Connie Maples; maternal uncle, Carson Walton; 4 nieces, 2 nephews and many friends who were very special to him.

Burial will be private.
