Lewis A. “Tad” Dixon, 79, passed away February 1, 2011.
Lewis was born in Norfolk, the son of the late Lewis and Elizabeth Dixon.
“Tad” graduated from Norview High School and William and Mary College. He is survived by his wife Peggy; his children Dan Dixon, Dana Murphy, Stephen Leary and Gina Chewning; also twelve grandchildren.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Cremation Society of Virginia is assisting the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cremate.org.
