Randy was born at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, VA and lived his entire life in Virginia.
He is survived by son, Trevor Hawkins, and daughter, Nicole Hawkins; sisters, Sheryl Ghiloni (John) and Donna Booth (Dan); and nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces. He was predeceased by his parents, Lloyd and Ann Hawkins.
Randy was a hardworking individual. He loved his family and will be greatly missed. He worked numerous jobs during his life. He also loved his dogs very much. He always loved to lend a hand to friends and family.
His children will be having a small memorial/celebration of life service at a later date.
