Lynne was an outstanding athlete from an early age and fearless. She played neighborhood baseball, softball, and even football. The battle for her to play football at age 11 on a boy’s football team drew the attention of Good Morning America, where she appeared on national TV. In school she excelled at softball, volleyball, and basketball. She loved the outdoors; fishing, crabbing, and hanging out at the beach were among her favorite pastimes.
Lynne was a beautiful soul with a big heart. She adored her son, Max, nieces and nephews, and all of her furry pets throughout the years. She fed the birds, opossums, foxes and any other critters that visited her yard. She had a crazy sense of humor and free spirit and knew how to have fun with her son, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Lynne is survived by her son, Maxwell Warren Mangus; her father, Gerald Lloyd Warren (Lou Ann); sister, Cynthia Lee Cunningham (Rob); brother, Gerald Lloyd Warren, Jr. (Jill); brother, Kellan David Warren and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
