Peggy graduated from Warwick High School, worked at Lake Taylor Hospital where in 1973 she joined ESA Epsilon Sigma Alpha/Beta Kappa Sorority and met her life long friends. Later, she worked and retired from RK Chevrolet. Peggy was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Through her Church and Sorority she was forever serving and helping others.
She was predeceased by her soul mate, Gerald Smith and is survived by her two sons Richard Lane Nuckols Jr., and Robert Lee Nuckols, his wife Samantha and daughter Sadie Paige; and her siblings Sally Rhodes, Robert Barclay Jr., Charles Barclay, Katherine Barclay, and their families.
Please join Peggy’s sons and family in a celebration of her life on Saturday December 2nd at 2 p.m. Emmanuel Episcopal Church located at 5181 Singleton Way, Virginia Beach, 23462.
