My sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother and grandmother. She was a patriot and I am eternally grateful for her service and the groundwork she helped lay that allowed all the women who followed her into the Navy to serve with honor. May she rest in peace knowing that her legacy lives on. Debra Bodenstedt CAPT, USN, retired

May I offer my sympathy to the family. I have some wonderful memories of Margaret with the WAVES Unit of Virginia Beach. She was a pioneer in her field.

Margaret was a member of WAVES National. As a Naval Officer, she paved the way for those of us who followed her. I had visited with her recently, and it was my impression that she was ready to go be with the Lord. You have my sympathy. Libby CDR/USN/RET

I am so grateful for those who have already shared their thoughts about my Aunt Margaret's life and death. She was a rare and generous, practical and loving, fun and hard working modern women. She was an example to me and more "hip" then peers my own age. She was a friend to all she met. Her devotion to the lord comforted her and her belief in good never faltered. She is irreplaceable. Having her as my aunt has been one of my life's great gifts. Gigi Becker

Randy and Family, I knew Ms. Miller through Becky Mautz, who knew and loved Ms. Miller and her brother, Mr. Becker. Becky worked at Eurpac for over 30 years, the company founded by Mr. Becker and that is how Becky and Ms. Miller became such good friends. Unfortunately, my sister passed way 3 days before Ms. Miller or she would be writing this note to you. Our memories of Ms. Miller were that she was such a delight to be with and she and Becky enjoyed each other so much. Please know our family is thinking of you and your family at this time.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
