Marguerite Pennello, born on June 14, 1953, in Norfolk, passed away unexpectedly, yet naturally, on November 26, 2024, at the age of 71. A dedicated and respected figure, Marguerite devoted her professional life to serving as a Post Master with the U.S. Postal Service both in Norfolk and the Eastern Shore.

Marguerite was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Julian and Shirley Pennello, as well as her sister, Katherine Pennello Jeffcoat. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her, including her brothers, Thomas and Anthony Pennello, her cherished niece, Caitlin Jeffcoat Burch and a beloved cousin, Caroline Ternes along with numerous other family members and close friends who will remember her with fondness and respect. And most of all, for her sense of humor.

In accordance with her family’s wishes, services for Marguerite Pennello will be held privately. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
