Marie M. Talmage, 86, passed away August 10th, at the home of her son and daughter in law in Topping, Virginia.

Marie was born in Ezell, Kentucky on August 9, 1937 to Murden and Amanda Salyers Manning. Marie married Edward O Talmage, and resided in Dinwiddie, Virginia as well as Randolph, New Jersey.

She is survived by her children, Danny (Karen) Talmage of Topping, Virginia, Gary (Kathy)Talmage of Williamsburg, Virginia, and Ed (Nancy) Talmage of Stony Point, Virginia. She is survived by her sister, Juanita Holbrook of Ashland, Kentucky, two brothers, Drexel ( Johnna) Manning, and Charles (Reba) Manning also of Ashland. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one granddaughter and one great granddaughter; four brothers; Herman Manning, Paul Manning, Ray Manning and Donnie Manning and one sister, Margaret Sutphin.

A private burial will take place at a later date.
