Virginia Beach – On Wednesday afternoon, August 30, 2017, Mark Anthony Lusk passed at age 59. He was born in Tennessee on November 19, 1957 to William C. and Betty J. Lusk. He worked for Shaw Industries, Inc. for over thirty years until illness forced his retirement.

He leaves behind his wife of 29 years Lisa Kuper Lusk, his father William C. Lusk, Jr., his brother J. Todd Lusk (Ju-Hsin), his two sons Carter Morgan Lusk and Hunter Davis Lusk, and his daughter Katharine Elisabeth Lusk. He is also survived by four nieces and three nephews. His passing follows shortly after the death of his mother, Betty Jane Lusk, this May.

It was Mark’s request that a formal ceremony not be held. Mark’s family and close friends will gather privately at an unspecified date to celebrate his life. The Lusk family truly appreciates the love and support they have received throughout Mark’s life, sickness and his passing. They also want to express thanks to Rhonda Vincent for assisting in Mark’s care these last ten months.
