Our deepest condolences to the family. Martin shared so many gifts and talents with our community as a member of our board of directors helping us navigate many challenges, turning them into successes. In addition to the Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast board, he had as strong commitment to our community as a Rotarian. He truly worked to make our community a better place, a true gentleman.

I was sorry to hear about Martin. He was an active member of the Chesapeake Rotary Club for a lot of years and contributed generously to The Rotary Foundation. He was always polite and a pleasure to talk to.

Sorry to hear of Martin's passing. We enjoyed being part of the "First Saturday Bridge and Dinner Group at Harbor's Edge" with Martin. He was a great bridge player. Bill and Harriet Messner
