Born on September 18, 1935 in Williamson, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Thelma Kiser. She was a beloved wife, mother and former Kentucky Colonel.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Scales and son, John Donley and his wife Carrie. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Tiffany, Alex, Brianna and Elise and two great grandchildren, Christian and soon to be born, Julian.
She is also survived by her brother, Robert Kiser and his wife, Phyllis of Huntington, West Virginia and her sister, Sandra Derr and her husband Roger of Pahrump, Nevada.
A private memorial ceremony will be held by her family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American heart Association in her honor.
