Mary Anne Conner

Virginia Beach – Mary Anne Conner, 86, passed away on July 30, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband John D. Conner, parents Samuel and Martha Shoemaker, son John D. Conner III and brothers Samuel A. and George C. Shoemaker.

Left to cherish her memory is her son Samuel E. Conner and his wife Karen, and brother Robert H. Shoemaker.

Mary Anne belonged to the Lady Shriners, Red Hat Society and the Eagles Club 3204. Her roots came from Central Baptist Church in Norfolk where she was a longtime member. She later transferred to Thalia Lynn Baptist Church.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Thalia Lynn Baptist Church, 4392 Virginia Beach Blvd, Va Bch, VA 23462. Online condolences may be expressed to vacremationsociety.com.
