Michael Anson Conery (August 23rd, 1962 – December 12th, 2023) passed away at his home surrounded by the love of his family.

Mike was a well-known and beloved cook in both the Outer Banks and Portsmouth for over 35 years. More than that, he was a friend and brother to everyone he knew.

He was a perfect match for his wife of 36 years and put up with her ding-bat ways every day with a smile.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Nadine, his son, Kyle and his wife Christine ; their two children and the absolute joy of his life, Spencer and Austin, His daughter Kelly, and her husband  Ahl.

Micheal also leaves behind two sisters Colleen Robinson and her husband Gary, as well as Kathy Buckholtz and her husband Bill.  He is also survived by brothers Robert Conery and Van Conery, and many nieces and nephews that he cherished. Michael joins both of his parents and his sister Tina in the hereafter.

There will be a celebration of life on February 3rd from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at cock Island bar and grill in Portsmouth Virginia.
