He is survived by his parents, Steven Bratton (Rachael) of Virginia Beach and Misty Martin of New Baltimore, Michigan, his 7 siblings, and many extended family members and friends.
Michael was born in Oakland, Michigan on December 21, 1997. After moving to Virginia as a teen, he attended Kempsville High School and The Renaissance Academy in Virginia Beach. Michael was an avid music lover and loved playing the guitar more than anything. He was known to his friends, classmates, and teachers as a quiet, gentle soul with a wonderful and loving smile.
He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2018, at Living Destiny Church, Bromley Shopping Center, 6204 N. Military Hwy, Norfolk, VA. Pastor Moses Asamoah will officiate.
