Michael Scott Kleyla, 27, passed away on August 23, 2016. He was born in Chesapeake, VA, on April 8, 1989 to Sarah and Scott Kleyla.
Michael Scott graduated from the Rudy & Kelly Academy and was a licensed cosmetologist. He was creative, artistic, charismatic, and he loved to travel. His hobbies included drawing, poetry, working out, and he was a champion Scrabble player.  He was greatly loved by his family, friends, and neighbors.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, his brothers Matthew and David Kleyla, grandmothers Julie Rille (Ernie) and Betty Kleyla, great-grandmother Julia Baskervill, and a large and caring extended family including four beloved cats.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Alliance for Mental Illness (www.NAMI.org). Cremation Society of Virginia is handling the arrangements.
