She is a member of the VFW Auxiliary, Post 8545 and a member American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 49, Smithfield, VA. She is the youngest of 10 children. Midge loved playing bridge.
She is preceded by her husband of 67 years. She leaves behind 4 children, Dick (Kathy), Becky, Donna (David) and Allan (Donna). There are numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on March 14, 2020, 3 pm, at the VFW Post 8545, 223 Washington Street, Smithfield, VA 23430. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Midge’s memory to the VFW Auxiliary, Post 8545, and mailed to 223 Washington Street, Smithfield, VA 23430. Cremation Society of Virginia is assisting the family.
