Mike found joy in life’s simple pleasures as an avid golfer, passionate hunter, and lifelong beach lover. He loved the mountains and took pride in his garden. He was happiest sitting on his tractor, feeling at home on their farm, or in his truck, following Princess Anne Hunt in support of his wife, Dee Dee. His loyal dog Andie was always by his side, a reflection of Mike’s gentle and caring spirit.
Those who knew Mike will remember his easy smile, his generous heart, and his devotion to the people he loved. His legacy of kindness, love, and a well-timed laugh will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Mike will be deeply missed but affectionately remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
