Nora Chan Guerrero, born on September 18, 1946, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2024, at the age of 77. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Nora’s life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family and her work. For many years, she served as a Room Attendant at The Historic Cavalier Hotel, where she was known for her diligent work ethic and warm hospitality. Her colleagues and guests alike appreciated her kind nature and attention to detail.
In her personal life, Nora had a zest for living that was evident in her passions and hobbies. She loved to dance, often losing herself in the rhythm and joy of movement. Thrift store shopping was another of her favorite pastimes, where she delighted in finding hidden treasures. Her culinary skills were also well-regarded; she loved to cook and share meals with those she cherished.
Nora was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ramon Guerrero. She is survived by a loving family who will carry her memory in their hearts: her sister, Maria Chan; her daughter, Virginia; her stepsons, George, Gilbert, and Allan Guerrero; and her stepdaughters, Liza Parker Guerrero and Lita Guerrero.
Nora’s vibrant spirit, compassionate heart, and joyful presence will be remembered always. Her legacy of love and kindness lives on in the hearts of her family and friends.
